Every row is one PSC category number, built only from PSC's own pages — notifications, examination programmes, short/ranked lists and the Details of Advice register — and re-read twice a week. Nothing here is a PSC announcement: the "notification expected" grades and successor links are our reading of PSC's ranked-list validity rule, and are labelled so. Always confirm dates on keralapsc.gov.in before acting.

Ranked-list life. The ordinary rule, in PSC's own words on the notification: a list "shall remain in force for a minimum period of one year and a maximum period of three years provided the list will not continue to be in force if a new Ranked List is published after the minimum period of expiry of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier." This is not universal. NCA and Special Recruitment lists follow their parent recruitment instead, and other exceptions exist; those rows say so rather than showing a date. Successor links are inferred from post family, tier, trade and department plus a later exam date — our reading, not a PSC statement. Channels marked In-service only, Departmental quota or By transfer are not open recruitment.
Notification outlook. Graded by the age of the newest list in force for that post and department, unless a newer recruitment is already under way: due — over 3 years (running on extensions) or recorded exhausted · likely — in its third year · possible — past its guaranteed first year · no notification yet — still inside the first year. This is a reading of PSC's validity rule, not a PSC announcement.
