Welcome to CivilEzy, a learning app by Wincentre, designed for civil engineering PSC exam preparation. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of our app, services, website, and all related features (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use CivilEzy. By using the Platform, you confirm that you are legally eligible and capable of entering into a binding agreement.

2. User Account & Access

To use the app’s features, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You agree not to share your account with others or use the platform for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

3. Subscription & Payments

CivilEzy offers access to premium educational content through paid subscription plans (monthly, quarterly, yearly).
By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen plan.
All payments are processed securely via Google Play or Apple App Store. We do not store your payment details.

4. Refund Policy

We strive to ensure a valuable learning experience. However, if you are not satisfied:

You may request a full refund within 7 days of your first subscription purchase.
This refund is available only once per user, regardless of how many times the user subscribes.
Refunds are processed through the respective app store and are subject to their timelines and conditions.
After the 7-day period or if the refund has already been used once, no further refunds will be issued under any circumstance.

5. Content Usage

We strive to ensure a valuable learning experience. However, if you are not satisfied:

All videos, notes, questions, and other materials on CivilEzy are the intellectual property of Wincentre.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the content for personal learning purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or share any content without written permission.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app, data, or user accounts.
Copy, scrape, or distribute any material from the app for commercial use.

8. Limitation of Liability

Wincentre shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

Your use or inability to use the Platform.
Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.
Any third-party links or content you access through the Platform.

9. Privacy Policy

Use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and safeguard your data.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to CivilEzy at our discretion, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.

7. Modifications to Services

We may add, remove, or modify features of the Platform at any time without notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services temporarily or permanently.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Thrissur, Kerala.
